摘　　要：目的探讨密闭负压吸引(VSD)联合小腿双侧双蒂滑行筋膜皮瓣修复胫前软组织缺损的手术方式及临床效果。方法采用VSD联合小腿双侧双蒂滑行筋膜皮瓣修复胫前软组织缺损15例。结果所有皮瓣及植皮全部成活,未继发伤口感染或裂开,创面闭合后一期愈合。3例经历2次VSD治疗后闭合创面,12例仅行1次VSD治疗。15例均获随访,时间6～19(10±3.2)个月。皮瓣外形满意,未发生瘢痕挛缩,关节功能恢复好。结论 VSD联合双侧双蒂滑行筋膜皮瓣修复胫前软组织缺损,简单易行,皮瓣外形满意,成活率高。但必须严格掌握适应证,合理应用。Objective To explore the operation methods and clinical efficacy of repairing anterior tibial soft tissue defect with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined bilateral crural double pedicle sliding fascia flap.Methods 15 cases of anterior tibial soft tissue defects were treated with VSD and bilateral co-calf pairs of pedicle sliding flap.Results All flaps and skin grafts survived without secondary infection and wound dehiscence.Wounds healed primarily.VSD treatment was performed on 12 cases once,3 cases twice.15 cases were followed up for 6 to 19 months,with an average of（10±3.2） months.The flap appearance was satisfactory,scar contracture did not occur,and joint function was good.Conclusions Repairing of anterior tibial soft tissue defect with VSD and bilateral pairs of pedicle sliding flap is simple,the flap appearance is satisfactory,with a high survival rate,but it should be strictly controlled indications and rationally applied.
