摘 要:目的:研究生物有机肥生产中烘干温度对有效活菌数的影响。方法:采用室内模拟试验和生产试验相结合的方法,烘干温度为70℃、80℃和90℃,烘干时间为15min、20min、25min和30min,采用平板稀释法测定样品中的有效活菌数。结果:随着烘干温度的提高和烘干时间的延长,有效活菌数存活率降低,烘干温度为70℃~80℃,烘干时间在25min以内,有效活菌数存活率高。结论:生物有机肥烘干温度在80℃以下,烘干时间在25min以内,对有效活菌数存活率影响小,含水量能达到标准要求。Objective:The effect of drying temperature on the number of effective strains alive of bio-organic fertilizer with indoor simulation experiment and production experiment method were studied.Method:the drying temperature were 70℃,80℃ and 90℃,and the drying time were 15min,20min,25min and 30min,examined the number of effective strains alive with conventional microorganism separation and purification method.Result:The number of effective strains alive reduced with raising drying temperature and protracting drying time.Drying temperature under 80℃ and drying time less than 25min had little effect on the number of effective strains alive and the moisture of bio-organic fertilizer satisfied the request of stander,especially drying temperature between 70℃ and 80℃ and drying time less than 25min.
