摘 要:掺加聚丙烯纤维对脱硫建筑石膏进行物理改性,研究纤维掺量及掺加工艺对脱硫建筑石膏力学性能的影响;掺加有机乳液对脱硫建筑石膏进行化学改性,研究脱硫建筑石膏的耐水性能,并构建乳液防水物理模型;研究聚丙烯纤维和有机乳液对脱硫建筑石膏性能的复合改性效果,利用扫描电镜进行微观形貌分析,对聚丙烯纤维和有机乳液的复合改性作用机理进行讨论.试验表明,经过聚丙烯纤维和有机乳液的复合改性作用,脱硫建筑石膏的性能指标为:抗折强度8.57MPa,抗压强度10.14MPa,24h吸水率6.01%(质量分数).The mechanical property of calcined gypsum from flue gas desulfurization(FGD) was studied by physical modification of polypropylene(PP) fiber whose dosage and addition craft were analyzed.The water-resistant property of calcined gypsum from FGD was studied by chemical modification of organic emulsion,and its physical models were established.The effect of complex modification of organic emulsion and PP fiber was studi ed,and the mechanism of action was discussed by analyzing microscopic morphology with scanning electron microscopy.The experiment shows that performance indices of calcined gypsum from FGD by complex modification of PP fiber and organice mulsion are as follows:flexural strength 8.57 MPa,compressive strength 10.14 M Pa,24 h water absorption 6.01%(by mass).
