摘 要:目的本研究通过观测参芪扶正粉针静脉给药对动物机体免疫功能的影响,探讨其免疫调节作用。方法每项检测用KM小鼠50只,雌雄各半,按体质量随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为阴性对照组、参芪扶正粉针低剂量(20mg/10g)组、中剂量(40mg/10g)组、高剂量(80mg/10g)组及参芪扶正注射液组(0.8mL/10g)。连续静脉给药7d后,分别检测小鼠脏器指数、溶血空斑数、血清溶血素水平、迟发型变态反应、T淋巴细胞转化增殖、碳廓清指数及NK细胞活性等免疫指标。结果与阴性对照组相比,参芪扶正粉针40、80mg/10g组及参芪扶正注射液0.8mL/10g组小鼠的脏器指数、血清溶血素水平、溶血空斑数、迟发型变态反应、T淋巴细胞转化增殖、碳廓清指数及NK细胞活性指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);而参芪扶正粉针20mg/10g组,仅碳廓清指数和NK细胞活性两项指标与阴性对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正粉针能增强小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫作用,能有效地提高机体的免疫功能。Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Powder on immune function and immune regulation of mice after intravenous injection.Methods Each test used 50 KM mice(25 males and 25 females).These 50 KM mice were randomly divided into five groups(Group Veh,Group 20 mg/10 g,Group 40 mg/10g,Mand 80 mg/10g of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Powder,and Group 0.8 mL/10 g of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection)according to their body weight.After being treated intravenously for 7 days,the immune parameters such as the index of organs,the number of hemolysis plaques,the level of serum hemolysin,delayed hypersensitivity,the transformation and proliferation of T lymphocytes,the index of carbon clearance,and the cyto-activity of NK cells were detected.Results Compared with Group Veh,there were significant statistical differences(P 0.05 or P0.01)of the index of organs,the number of hemolysis plaques,the level of serum hemolysin,delayed hypersensitivity,the transformation and proliferation of T lymphocytes,the index of carbon clearance,and the cyto-activity of NK cells found in the group of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Powder of 40,80 mg/10 g and Shenqi Fuzheng injection of 0.8 mL/10 g after intravenous administration;compared with Group Veh,the index of carbon clearance and the cyto-activity of NKcells also showed significant statistical differences(P0.05)in the group of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Powder of 20 mg/10 g after intravenous administration.Conclusion From the experimental results,it can be speculated that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Powder can enhance the non-specific and specific immune function in mice,and the immune function of the organism can be effectively improved.
