摘 要:目的探讨血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者血清糖基化终产物(AGEs)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的清除效果。方法 48例维持性血液透析患者均分为3组,分别采用血液透析(HD组)、血液透析滤过(HDF组)、血液灌流+血液透析(HP+HD组)治疗,检测单次治疗前后血清AGEs和β2-MG,分析清除效果。结果单次HDF、HP+HD治疗后血清AGEs、β2-MG水平较透析前均明显下降(P<0.05)。透析后HDF、HP+HD组血清AGEs、β2-MG水平明显低于HD组(P<0.05)。结论透析方式是影响尿毒症患者血清AGEs、β2-MG水平的主要因素。HDF、HP+HD对AGEs、β2-MG清除作用明显优于HD治疗。Objective To compare the clearance efficacy of purification medhods on serum advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and beta2-microglobulin(β2-MG).Methods Forty-eight patients on maintenance hemodialysis were divided randomly into three groups of hemodialysis(group HD),hemodiafiltration(group HDF) and hemoperfusion plus hemodialysis(group HP+HD) with 16 cases each.Serum AGEs and β2-MG were measured before and after single blood purification.The efficacy of clearance was analysed.Results Serum levels of AGEs and β2-MG were lower after blood purification than those before in groups of HDF and HP+HD(P〈0.05),which were lower in groups of HDF and HP+HD than those in group HD(P〈0.05).Conclution The methods of blood purification in uremia patients are the main factors for reducing serum AGEs and β2-MG,of which HDF or HP+HD is better than HD.
