聚乙烯醇对铝硅溶胶理化性能的影响

摘  要:为了提高铝硅溶胶的理化性能,研究了加入不同量聚乙烯醇(PVA)对铝硅溶胶成纤性和稳定性的影响,测试了溶胶的黏度、流变特性、表面张力、折光指数、显微结构,凝胶纤维的直径及分布范围和渣球含量。结果表明:未加PVA时,溶胶不具有可成纤性;加入PVA的质量分数为1.0%时,溶胶的成纤性较好,溶胶的黏度和折光指数具有一定时间的不变性,制得的凝胶纤维细而均匀,渣球含量低;随着PVA加入量的增加,溶胶的黏度逐渐增大,流变性能逐渐向非牛顿型流体转变,溶胶的凝胶化过程加快;当PVA的质量分数达到4.0%时,Al(OH)3的出现降低了胶体的稳定性,胶体转变为非牛顿型流体,成纤性变差,制得的凝胶纤维粗而不均匀,渣球较多。Influences of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) additions on spinnablity and stability of alumina-silica sol were researched in order to improve its chemical and physical properties.The viscosity,rheological property,surface tension,refraction coefficient,and microstructure of the sols,diameter and distribution scope,and shot content of the gel fibers were measured.The results show that:(1)the sol without PVA has poor spinnability;(2)the sol with 1.0% PVA has better spinnability;viscosity and refractive index of the sol are constant at a certain period;the prepared gel fibers are thin and uniform with low shot content;(3)with PVA addition increasing,viscosity of the sol increases gradually,rheological behavior transforms gradually into non-Newtonian fluids,and the gelling process speeds up;(4)however,when PVA addition achieves 4.0%,the stability of the sol becomes poor because Al(OH)3 forms,the colloid transforms into the non-Newtonian fluids,and the spinnability worsens;the gel fibers prepared are thick and non-uniform with many shots.
