血清HSP 70抗体诊断子痫前期及评价疾病严重程度的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨测定血清热休克蛋白70抗体(HSP70Ab)在子痫前期诊断中的临床价值。方法:选择2008年1至10月在天津医科大学总医院产科住院分娩的子痫前期患者48例(子痫前期组),其中轻度子痫前期组24例,重度子痫前期组24例,另选择同期产前检查健康、孕周相当的孕妇23例(正常妊娠组)。分娩前抽空腹血,采用ELISA方法检测两组孕妇血清中HSP70Ab的表达水平。结果:HSP70Ab在正常妊娠组为5.54±1.39ng/ml,子痫前期组为7.71±2.27ng/ml,其中轻度子痫前期组为6.00±1.56ng/ml,重度子痫前期组为9.35±1.50ng/ml,HSP70Ab在子痫前期组患者血清中表达较正常妊娠组升高(P<0.05),重度子痫前期与轻度子痫前期相比,其水平也升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但轻度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者体内HSP70Ab水平增高,有助于子痫前期的诊断及评价子痫前期的严重程度,具有临床应用价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical values of serum heat-shock protein 70 antibody （ HSP 70 Ab） in the diagnosis of preeclampsia. Methods： The serum samples were collected from 48 preelampsia women including 24 mild preeclampsia and 24 severe preeclampsia patients, 23 normal pregnant women （control group） from Jan to Oct 2008 in general hospital of Tianjin medical university. The fasting blood was taken before delivery and the levels of HSP 70 Ab were measured in two groups by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results：The level of HSP 70 Ab was 5.54 ±1.39 ng/ml and 7.71 ±2.27 ng/ ml in control group and preeclampsia group respectively. And it was 6.00 ±1.56 ng/ml,9.35 ~ 1.50 ng/ml in mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia respectively. HSP 70 Ab level was higher in preeclampsia group than that in control group, and also higher in severe preeclampsia than in mild preeclampsia group （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the HSP 70 Ab level between mild preeclampsia and control group（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions. High level of HSP 70 Ab in preeclampsia women is useful for diagnosis and evaluation of the seriousness of preeclampsia.
