摘  要:本文采用氮代替部分碳,通过铌、钛固氮形成氮合金化硬面合金,进行了耐高温磨损性能试验,研究了铌钛碳氮析出物对硬面合金耐高温磨损行为的影响.结果表明:在高温磨损过程中,MX(M为Nb、Ti;X为C、N)复合碳氮化物沿马氏体基体和晶界弥散析出,起到沉淀强化的作用,提高了硬面合金的高温硬度和抗裂性能,增强硬面合金的耐高温磨损性能,其磨损特征表现为磨损表面磨粒导致的窄浅犁沟.The nitrogen-alloying hardfacing alloy was prepared by substituting partial carbon atoms with nitrogen atoms and adding elements niobium and titanium.The high temperature tribological tests of the hardfacing alloy was performed and the effect of carbonitride precipitates on the high temperature wear behaviour was studied.The results showed that a large number carbonitride homogeneously precipitated during high temperature wear.These fine carbonitride precipitate were complex carbonitride precipitate distributed in the martensitic matrix and at grain boundary.This had a great precipitation-hardening effect on the matrix.As a result,the hardness and the crack resistance of hardfacing alloy were enhanced,and the high temperature wear resistance was improved.The wear characteristic was shallow grooves by the abrasive particle of oxides and fragments.
