摘 要:显微观察椭圆背角无齿蚌原肠胚期的受精卵、双壳期的钩介幼虫、成熟的钩介幼虫以及刚脱落稚贝的形态特征,并统计研究了钩介幼虫寄生在黄颡鱼鳃丝上发育到刚脱落稚贝过程的生物学零度和有效积温。结果表明:椭圆背角无齿蚌的钩介幼虫在常见淡水双壳类中属大型;钩介幼虫寄生发育到稚贝的生物学零度为8.89℃,有效积温为86.39℃·d;寄生前后,稚贝的壳长和铰合线长生长显著(P<0.01),壳高变化不显著(P>0.05)。The morphological characteristics of the fertilized eggs,glochidia and early free-living juveniles of Anodonta woodiana elliptica were observed in an optical microscope.The biological zero and effective temperature sum of the glochidia were statistically estimated during the period of their parasitic metamorphosis development in the gill filaments of yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco).The results showed that the glochidia of A.woodiana elliptica tended to be larger than those of other freshwater bivalves at the same developmental stages.The biological zero and effective temperature sum were calculated to be 8.89 ℃ and 86.39 ℃·d,respectively.During metamorphosis from glochidia to early free-living juveniles,the shell length and hinge length of A.woodiana elliptica increased significantly (P 0.01).In contrast,the shell height should no significant increase (P 0.05).
