摘  要:测定了苜蓿夜蛾和大豆食心虫对昆虫取食等诱导处理的大豆植株的嗅觉反应与产卵选择。结果表明:食性范围不同的2种昆虫对诱导大豆产生了相似的行为反应,喷施1mmol/L和10mmol/L茉莉酸甲酯、10mmol/L水杨酸甲酯的大豆植株对2种昆虫的雌虫有明显的驱避作用,触角电位反应值明显高于对照植株,而雄虫嗅觉反应敏感性低于雌虫,作出驱避选择的数量也少于雌虫。1mmol/L水杨酸甲酯处理的植株有引诱作用,植株上2种昆虫的着卵量明显高于其他处理,与对照相当。Measurements were carried out on olfactory responses and ovipositive selection of Heliothis viriplaca (Hufnagel)and Leguminivora glycinivoreUa (Mats). The results showed that two kinds of pests whose feeding habit scopes were different exploited similar reaction to induced soybean. The soybean plants treated with 1 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L MeJA and 10 mmol/L MeSA showed significant repellence to female adults. And the value of EAG to induced plants was evidently higher than that to control. But the sensitivity of the males was lower than that of females. And the number of sensitive males was less than that of females. The soybean plants sprayed with 10 mmol/L MeSA allured the pests. There were more eggs of the two kinds of pests in this treated plant just as the control.
