摘　　要：目的评价艾迪注射液联合化疗药物经肝动脉持续灌注治疗肝转移瘤的临床疗效。方法将68例肝转移瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。治疗组给予艾迪注射液联合化疗药物经肝动脉持续灌注治疗,对照组给予单纯肝动脉灌注化疗药物治疗,均治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗后的近期疗效及治疗前后的生活质量(Karnofsky评分)和T细胞亚群变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后近期有效率分别为67.6%和41.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量获益率分别为85.3%和61.8%,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CD4+T细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组显著提高,CD8+T细胞比例较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗药物经肝动脉持续灌注治疗肝转移瘤,能够提高近期治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,提高机体免疫功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapeutics hepatic arterial infusion in hepatic metastasis.Methods Sixty-eight hepatic metastasis patients were divided randomly into groups treatment,control,34 in each.Treatment group were treated with Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapeutics hepatic arterial infusion,control with only hepatic artery chemotherapy,2 courses.Tumor sizes,Karnofsky scores and T-cell sub-group changes were compared between 2 groups before and after the treatment.Results Short term efficacies of groups treatment and control were 67.6%,41.2%,respectively （P0.05）,benefit rate of life quality were 85.3%,61.8%,respectively （P0.05）.CD＋4 T-cell proportion and CD＋4/CD＋8 ratio were significantly higher,CD＋8 T-cell proportion lower in treatment group than in control,the difference was significant （P0.01）.Conclusion Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapeutics hepatic arterial infusion can improve short-term therapeutic effect,quality of life and enhance immune function.
