摘  要:目的探讨八段锦对围绝经期综合征及抑郁的康复效果。方法选取唐山市西山道社区围绝经期妇女100人,年龄45~55岁,Kupperman评分≥11分,且CES-D抑郁评分≥20分。随机分为试验组和对照组各50人,试验组采用八段锦进行训练,对照组顺其自然,3个月后进行Kupperman评分和CES-D抑郁评分。结果干预后试验组Kupperman评分和CES-D抑郁评分较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组Kupperman评分和CES-D抑郁评分较对照组比较亦明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论八段锦可缓解围绝经期躯体症状,改善围绝经期抑郁,提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量。Objective To research the rehabilitation effect of the traditional exercise of Baduanjin (eight-sectioned exercise) in women with peri-menopausal syndrome and depression.Methods Totally 100 peri-menopausal women from Xishan Road Community in Tangshan,aged 45~55year old,whose Kupperman Score ≥11,and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) ≥20,were randomly divided as trial and control groups,with 50 in each. Baduanjin exercise was practised among women in the trial group for 3 months,while no special exercise was practised among those in the control group.Results After 3 months training,the scores of Kupperman Score and CES-D in the trial group were much more decreased (P0.01),and so were as compared with the control group (P0.01).Conclusion Baduanjin exercise could relieve the menopausal physical symptoms and improve depression,and thus raise the quality of life for climacteric women.
