社区卫生服务中心心理咨询门诊咨客资料的解析与实践体会

摘　　要：目的了解社区卫生服务中心心理咨询门诊咨客的特点,提高心理咨询门诊的针对性,以更好地为社区居民服务。方法对2006年7月—2009年7月在我中心心理咨询门诊有完整记录的162例咨客的资料进行统计分析。结果 162例咨客中,精神障碍者25例,一般心理问题咨询者137例。精神障碍类型:精神分裂症9例,抑郁症12例,器质性精神病4例。心理问题分布:与慢性疾病相关46例,与家庭成员相关38例,与财产经济问题相关59例,与社会因素相关21例。仅18例(11.11%)不伴随全身慢性器质性疾病。结论本社区卫生服务中心心理咨询门诊以中老年人居多,心理问题的涉及面较广泛,应进一步完善规范社区心理咨询门诊,提高医师的心理咨询和心理治疗的专业技术。Objective To investigate the characteristics of clients for psychological counseling in Community health center,and to improve the pertinence of mental health clinic so as to serve the community residents better.Methods Totally 162 outpatients were enrolled who sought for psychological counseling in our center from July 2006 to July 2009 and had a complete record,and their data were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 162 patients,there were 25 with mental disorders,and 137 for general psychological counseling.The types of mental disorders included schizophrenia of 9 cases,depression of 12 cases,and organic psychosis of 4 cases.The psychological problems were correlated with chronic diseases in 46 patients,family members′ relationship in 38 patients,financial affairs in 59 patients,and social problem in 21 patients.Only 18 patients （11.11%） had no chronic organic diseases.Conclusion The elderly people account for the large proportion in outpatients for psychological counseling in community health services center.The psychological problems involve wide respects.So the psychological counseling clinic in community should be further improved and normalized,and the professional skills of the doctors in psychological counseling and treatment need to be raised.
