摘　　要：提出一种基于格雷编码原理的彩色结构光三维测量方法,通过向被测物体投影两幅彩色结构光栅,分析得到物体表面的三维信息,在保证测量精度和准确度的同时,提高了三维测量的速度。将格雷编码原则和容易辨别的颜色结合应用到彩色条纹编码中,得到序列周期唯一且编码周期起始位置任意的彩色条纹编码,克服了码间干扰,解码方法简单且精度高,适用范围广;利用三色相移法取代传统三幅相移法。实验结果表明,使用基于格雷编码原理的彩色结构光方法可以得到被测物体精确的表面高度信息。A rapid color structured light 3D measurement technique is proposed.Based on the principle of gray code,a novel color coding method using 6 easily distinguished colors is designed.An exclusive sequence of encoded color stripes is presented,whose beginning postion of the periods can be discretionary and the inter-symbol interference is avoided.Furthermore,the decoding process is facile.The traditional three-phase shifting is replaced by three-colors phase shifting.By using two color structured light images,3D shape information can be obtained with higher speed and precision.Experimental results show that the proposed color structured light 3D shape measurement method is effective.
