摘 要:文章对内生菌与宿主植物的关系和内生菌的育种技术的研究进展进行了综述,主要包括内生菌对宿主植物生长发育及其抗逆性的促进作用、传统育种技术、原生质体育种技术、分子生物学育种技术等。并探讨了目前在内生菌的研究中存在的问题和发展前景。This article focuses on the relationship of endophyte with its host and the progress of breeding techniques. The method is literature review. It mainly reviews that endophyte with its host on growth, its role in promoting stress resistance, traditional breeding technique, protoplast technique and molecular breeding technique. Endophyte can enhance the ecological adaptability of the host, it can not only increase the total plant biomass, seed germination, seedling survival and other aspects, but also improve host resistance and so on. As long - term co - evolution with each other, they form a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship. In recent years, using molecular engineering technique, it can make good results, but the traditional methods of physical and chemical mutagenesis are still very important. The ge- netic sequence of endophyte is complicated, so it is still very difficult in the molecular breeding technique. It is believed that molecular breeding technique will become the focus of study, but the relevant results achieved in the application has not been reported until now. Finally, the existing problems on endophyte are summarized in current research.
