摘　　要：在国家电监会推行辅助服务政策的背景下,各区域电力系统都结合自身实际制订了相应的实施细则。针对广东电力系统的实际情况,分析了抽水蓄能租赁制与辅助服务政策之间的联系,理顺了核电机组纳入辅助服务细则与交纳抽水蓄能租赁费之间的关系,对核电机组如何纳入辅助服务细则提出建议。In the context of the ancillary service policy adopted by the State Electricity Regulatory Commission （SERC） of China, different regional power systems have made specific execution rules based on their own conditions. According to the current situation of the Guangdong provincial power system, the paper reviews the relationship between the pumped-storage leasing mechanism and the ancillary services policy, and then straightens out the relationship between providing ancillary service compensation and paying rents for pumped-storage stations by the nuclear power units. Suggestions are made for detailed regulations on integration of nuclear power units with ancillary service provision in the Guangdong provincial power system.
