摘　　要：简述了2010年上半年宏观经济形势及电力需求情况,从供应侧和需求侧对上半年电煤供需状况进行了总结回顾,对下半年电煤供需形势进行了分析展望,预计下半年全国电煤供需将呈"首尾基本平衡,中期局部偏松"的格局,最后就如何保障电煤供应提出了若干建议。This paper introduces the macro economic performance and electricity demand of the first half of 2010, summarizes the first half year＇s power coal supply-demand situation, and makes an analysis on the prospect for the second half year from the both sides of supply and demand. It is predicted that the second half year＇s supply-demand will have a balance as a whole with a partial surplus in the middle period. In the end some suggestions are proposed on ensuring power coal supplies.
