摘  要:目的:建立血脂异常患者血清中微量元素稳定、可靠的分析测定方法,探讨血清微量元素含量变化与血脂异常的关系。方法:采用硝酸和高氯酸消化血清样品,用ICP-AES法同时测定血脂正常组和血脂升高组血清中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ca、Mg的含量,对数据进行非参数秩和检验。结果:血脂升高组血清中Mn、Cu、Zn的含量高于血脂正常组,而Zn/Cu低于血脂正常组,差异有统计学意义(Zn元素P<0.05,Mn、Cu及Zn/CuP<0.01)。结论:血脂异常人群和血脂正常人群体内的微量元素水平存在差异,Mn、Cu、Zn等元素可能与血脂异常的发生有一定的关系。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of trace elements in serum of dyslipidmia patients and explore the relation between the change of trace elements and dyslipidmia.Methods: Digested the serum samples by nitric acid and perchloric acid and analyzed the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ca and Mg in serum of the blood lipid normal group and the blood lipid elevatory group by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results: The contents of Mn,Cu and Zn in serum of the blood lipid elevatory group were significantly higher than those in the serum of the blood normal group,but the ratio of Zn/Cu was less.Conclusion: The contents of Mn,Cu and Zn in serum of the crowd with dyslipidmia are different from those of the crowd with normal blood lipid.The prevalence of dyslipidmia probably is related with the contents of Mn,Cu and Zn in serum.
