摘 要:目的:研究儿童呼吸道感染常见病原的阳性率及其分布状况,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:2008年3月-2009年6月于台州市立医院儿科采集353例住院患儿的血清和咽拭子标本,采用ELISA法分别检测肺炎支原体、巨细胞病毒、肺炎衣原体、腺病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、E-B病毒、柯萨奇病毒和麻疹病毒的IgM型抗体,采用咽拭子培养法检测细菌和真菌,并结合临床资料作统计性分析。结果:肺炎支原体、巨细胞病毒、肺炎衣原体、腺病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、E-B病毒、柯萨奇病毒和麻疹病毒IgM型抗体阳性率依次为:27.20%、7.08%、5.38%、1.42%、1.13%、0.85%、0.85%、0.28%和0。细菌和真菌感染的阳性率分别为15.58%和8.50%。结论:儿童呼吸道感染常见病原体的阳性率差异显著,临床医生需据此作出更佳的临床诊疗决策。Objective:To investigate the positive rates and distribution of various common agents in children with respiratory tract infections,so as to provide a proof for clinical purpose.Methods: The sera and throat swabs were collected from 353 children hospitalized at the Department of Pediatrics of Taizhou Municipal Hospital from March 2008 to June 2009.ELISA methods were used to detect IgM antibodies against following agents: Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),cytomegalovirus(CMV),Chlamydia pneumoniae(C-P),adenovirus(ADV),influenza virus(IFV),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),coxsackie virus(Cox) and measles virus(MV).Swabs were used to detect bacteria and fungi.Statistics was made with clinical data.Results: The positive rates were 27.20%,7.08%,5.38%,1.42%,1.13%,0.85%,0.85%,0.28% and 0 for MP,CMV,C-P,ADV,IFV,RSV,EBV,Cox and MV respectively.Such were 15.58% and 8.50% for bacteria and fungi respectively.Conclusion: Significant differences were found among the positive rates of various agents in children with respiratory tract infections.Clinicians should make better determinations according to such information.
