万州区城区小学寄宿生乙肝检测结果调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本区城区小学寄宿生乙肝病毒感染情况及乙肝疫苗接种情况。方法:采用ELISA法对5829人城区小学寄宿生进行乙肝病毒5项标志物检测。结果:HBsAg阳性率1.03%(60/5829),HBsAb阳性率50.08%(2919/5829未除去个别既往感染者),5项标志物全阴性率49.51%(2850/5829)。结论:小学寄宿生乙肝感染在一定程度上还存在,乙肝疫苗接种率偏低;建议有关部门在对中小学生体检时有必要增加乙肝标志物检测,对易感学生进行预防接种。Objective：To study the condition of HBV infection rate and preventive inoculation rate in Boarder students in Wanzhou Region.Methods： ELISA was used to determine the five markers of HBV infection for 5829 students in school.Results：HBS Ag positive rate was 1.03%（60/5829）,HBS Abpositive rate was 50.08%（2919/5829 not exclude for individual past infection）,5 marker negative rate were 49.51%（2850/5829）.Conclusion：Boarder students HBV infection remain in some extent,Hep B inoculation rate was poor.It is suggested that HBV marker determination should be conducted in students.Preventive inoculation should be done in feasible infection population.
