七香酊抗炎止痛的药效学研究

摘　　要：采用小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀法、大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀法、小鼠醋酸扭体法和小鼠热板法等进行动物实验，研究七香酊的药效作用。结果，无论是由热或化学刺激引起的小鼠或大鼠炎性反应和疼痛反应，七香酊较小剂量外涂即有明显的抑制作用，且优于对照药物骨质宁擦剂或醋酸氟轻松。The pharmacodynamical action of “QIXIANG DING” (QXD, Tincture for Cervical spondylosis) was studied through animal experiments. The experimental methods included: mouse xylene induced ear edema, rat egg white induced plantar edema, mouse acetic acid induced body twisting and hot plate induced painful response. The results showed that the small dose external application of QXD had a significant inhibitory effect on inflammatory and painful response of mouse or rat caused by hot or chemical irritation. The effect of QXD was better than that of the control linimens, suggesting that QXD is an externally applied tincture that has a significant anti inflammatory and analgetic effect.
