反复整复对小儿骨折后骨外膜影响的解剖学观察

摘　　要：为观察骨折后反复手法整复骨膜损伤的情况，将６具尸体股骨干制成完全横断骨折。左侧为对照组，右侧为实验组。左侧直接测量骨膜损伤情况，右侧经反复（３次以上）手法整复后测量骨膜损伤情况。结果表明。To observe the influence of repeated manipulative reductions on periosteal injury after fracture, experimental complete transverse fracture was made in bilateral femoral shafts of 6 cadavers. The left side was taken as the control group, whose periosteal injury was measured immediately after fracture; and the right side was taken as the observed group, whose periosteal injury was measured after repeated (over 3 times) manipulative reductions. The results showed that in reduction of long bone fracture, repeated manipulations could significantly exacerbate periosteal injury.
