喙锁固定器治疗肩锁关节脱位临床观察

摘　　要：为探索治疗肩锁关节脱位的有效方法，吸收了手术内固定疗法与非手术加压外固定疗法的优点，研制出一种喙锁固定器，经临床６３例应用观察，优良率１００％。该喙锁固定器固定是利用固定器的螺母调节所产生的闭锁作用下压锁骨外端，上提肩胛骨的力量，来限制复位后肩锁关节的活动，以保持相对稳定，从而使喙锁关节周围损伤的肌腱、韧带等组织得以有良好的修复机会，达到治疗的目的。认为该器械为一种简便。In order to find an effective method for treating the dislocation of acromioclavicular joint, the authors developed a coracoclavicular fixator, which absorbed all advantages of operative internal and non operative compressing external fixation. This fixator was used for treating 63 cases of the disease with an excellent good rate of 100 %. In fixation with this fixator, the locking force produced by the nut regulation of the fixator was used to compress down the lateral clavicular fragment, lift up the scapula, limit the reduced acromioclavicular joint and maintain its relative stability, give the injured soft tissues around the joint, such as tendons and ligaments, an opportunity to repair and so the therapeutic purpose could be achieved. This fixator may be regarded as a simple, economic and practical method of the external fixation for acromioclavicular dislocation.
