摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定双黄连颗粒中连翘苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为278nm,柱温为25℃。结果连翘苷在0.21432～3.2148μg范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为95.7%,RSD为0.9%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于双黄连颗粒的质量控制。Objective To develop a method for Determination of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian Particles by HPLC.Methods The optimized method was achieved for the separation and detection of the selected constituent on Agilent Extend-C18 column using acetonitrile-water（25∶75,V/V）as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1,and 278nm as the detection wavelength.The column temperature was 25℃.Results Forsythin showed good linearity at the range of 0.21432～3.2148μg（r=1.0000）.The mean recovery of the method was 95.7% with a relative standard deviation（RSD） of 0.9%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and it can be applied for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Particles.
