摘　　要：目的建立了兰州肉苁蓉中毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法,并与其他肉苁蓉药材进行比较。方法采用ZORBAX-SB C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(23∶77)为流动相;检测波长为334nm;柱温为30℃。结果毛蕊花糖苷在10.06～402.40μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.52%,RSD为2.58%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、重现性良好,结果准确可靠。兰州肉苁蓉的毛蕊花糖苷含量与正品肉苁蓉相当。Objective HPLC method is established for simultaneous determination of verbascoside in Cistanches Lanzhouensis and to compare with Cistanche deserticola.Methods The chromatography column is ZORBAX-SB C18.The mobile phase is consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（23∶77） and the detection wavelength is 334nm with a DAD detector.The column temperature is 30℃.Results There is a good linear relation between the verbascoside content and the peak area within the range from 10.06～402.40μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）;the average recovery is 97.52%,and RSD is 2.58%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable.The content of verbascoside in Cistanche Lanzhouensis is similar to that in Cistanche deserticola.
