摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料苋菜红的含量。方法:采用安捷伦C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.02mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(15∶85)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为218nm;柱温为35℃。结果:苋菜红线性范围为5.82～116.42μg·mL-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.23%。结论:改进后的方法简单、准确,能控制该制剂的质量。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of amaranth of pharmaceutical supplementary materials.Methods：Agilent C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used with column temperature at 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution （15：85）and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was set at 218 nm.Results：The calibration curve of Amaranth was linear within the range of 5.82-116.42 μg·mL-1 （r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 100.0%,RSD was 0.23%.Conclusion：The improved method is simple and accurate to the quality control for Amaranth.
