摘　　要：目的比较不同临床因素对心率变异性(HRV)各项指标的影响。方法对糖尿病、冠心病、高血压病、肿瘤、颈椎病患者的长程HRV时域、频域检测值,进行多元线性逐步回归分析,评价各临床因素对HRV的影响及其强度。结果增龄和患糖尿病与SDNN、SDANN、TP、LF、HF呈负相关,患颈椎病与SDNN、SDANN、TP、LF呈正相关。仅患糖尿病与rMSSD呈负相关。结论增龄与患糖尿病是导致自主神经总张力及交感张力、迷走张力降低的独立因素。Objective To compare the influence of different clinical factors on the HRV indicators and the strength of influence.Methods A retrospective study on the long-time HRV time domain and frequency domain values of patients with diabetes,coronary heart disease（CHD）,hypertension,cancer and cervical spondylosis（CS）,to observe the influencing strength of various clinical factors on HRV using multiple linear regression statistical method.Results Age and diabetes were negative correlated with SDNN,SDANN,TP,LF and HF,while CS was positively correlated with SDNN,SDANN,TP,and LF.Only diabetes had significant influence on RMSSD,it was negatively correlated with RMSSD.Conclusion In multiple influencing factors on HRV,Age increasing and diabetes are independent factors to reduce the overall tension of autonomic nervous,sympathetic tone and vagal tone,the influencing strength is in turn age and diabetes.
