民间私人图书馆的现状与前景

摘　　要：近年来,中国民间出现了许多私人创办的公益图书馆。该类图书馆主要分布在基层农村,多由文化素养较高的年老农民、城镇退休人员创办,办馆方式讲求实用,服务方式灵活、内容丰富,在乡村起到了知识交流平台的作用,为村民提供了交往的社会公共空间。这既促进了民间公益文化事业的发展,也有助于乡村公益精神、公民社会的发育,使乡村互助文化传统得以发扬光大。从基层图书馆普及和发展的行业视角看,私人图书馆的实践还提供了一种有活力的"自下而上"的内生模式。图2。表5。参考文献16。Many private nonprofit libraries have been emerging in recent years. These libraries are mainly distributed in rural areas and sponsored by senior literate farmers or retirees. The libraries are always practical, flexible and contain abundant information resources. As knowledge exchanging platforms these libraries provide the public an interactive social space. They not only promote the development of nongovernmental public cultural undertakings, but also contribute to the rural public spirit and growth of countryside nonprofit spirit and civil society thus flourish the mutually cooperative culture. From the perspective of community libraries＇ popularity and development, the practice of private libraries also provides a viable and energetic endogenous ＂bottom-up＂ model. 2 figs. 5 tabs. 16 refs.
