摘　　要：在我国改革开放深入发展过程中,要不断完善多民族国家协调发展的政治基础。我们要尊重和维护少数民族文化身份,同时要坚持和发展其国家公民属性;要主张各民族的平等发展权利,同时保证各民族对国家社会的义务的一致;要研究少数民族和民族的特殊利益,更要坚守国家利益至高无上,在不断完善民族政治基础中推进民族发展,实现多民族国家政治稳定。In the process of further development of China＇s reform and opening up,we should constantly improve the political basis for the coordinated development of multi-ethnic country.We should respect and safeguard the cultural identity of ethnic groups,while upholding and developing its civic property,claiming the equal rights to the development of all ethnic groups,and ensuring the obligations of all ethnic groups in accordance to the country and society,studying the ethnic minorities and their special interests,and especially adhering to the supreme national interest.With the constant improvement of the national political base,the ethnic groups’development can be enhanced,and thus the political stability of multi-ethnic groups is able to be achieved.
