摘　　要：引入模糊矩阵技术,以治疗骨性关节炎疾病的中药复方药物的初分类结果为基础数据对象,确定和分析该中药有效成分分子的相似矩阵及等价矩阵,进而从相似分类的结果确定该中药有效成分分子的关键部位.This paper introduces the fuzzy matrix of technical, our base data object is based on Chinese medicine compounds the initial classification of the treatment of osteoarthritis disease. We analysis and determine the effective molecular constituents of compounds＇ similar matrix and the equivalent matrix, then the results from the similar categories to determine the key component of molecular medicine.
