摘　　要：通过深入分析电子政府环境对政府信息资源获取与利用的影响,结合国内外各类政府网站调查总结当前政府网站信息服务的现状,指出尽管政府网站普及度不断提高,网上信息资源不断丰富,用户网上信息获取能力不断提高,但公众对政府网站的认可度、实际利用率以及满意度仍不尽如人意,特别是网站用户分化问题应引起重视,进而提出改进建议。By in-depth analyzing on government information access and utilization under e-government,this paper summarizes the current status of government websites information service based on results from all kinds of government web surveys.It also points out that public are not satisfied with government websites acceptance,online information providing,especially users differentiation should be taken more attention,even though there are many achievements on government websites development,then gives some improvement advices.
