摘　　要：本文回顾了近20年来国内外知识管理系统的研究成果,从定义、模型、实施、应用、评价五个方面对知识管理系统的研究进展进行了较系统的梳理与剖析,最后提出了未来研究展望,即从广义角度界定KMS才是完整全面且有实际意义的;单一建模思想存在缺陷,这一核心要素应充分体现完整性;软硬件有机协同是系统得以实施的基础;角度与指标的全面、方法的精准才能使系统评价更加科学;未来应用领域将会更加广泛,KMS将逐步渗入社会领域的诸多方面,成为构建知识型社会的基石。This paper reviews related domestic and foreign research over the past 20 years on knowledge management system.After systematical reviewing and analyzing the research progress of knowledge management system from the five aspects of definition,model,realization,application and evaluation,this paper forecasts the future development of knowledge management system at the eng of the paper： it＇s complete,comprehensive and having practical significance to define knowledge management system from the angle of generalized;the modeling ideas as core element should fully reflect completeness since the single modeling ideas has a lot of defects;the combination of hardware and software is the base to implement the system;comprehensive evaluation point and indicators of KMS and precise methods ensure the evaluation of system be more scientific;the applications of KMS will be even more widespread and KMS will infiltrate into many aspects of social fields to form the cornerstone of constructing knowledge-based society.
