摘 要:传统的迷彩红外隐身涂层靠控制发射率和变形伪装实现隐身,当目标温度与环境温度存在较大差异时隐身效果不佳.为了提高涂层的红外隐身效果,提出相变降温复合隐身涂层的设计理念.本文论述了以低发射率或采用红外变形手段的传统热隐身涂层的弊端,提出了既能适用于单调背景或复杂背景,又能对抗不同波段热成像探测系统的热红外复合隐身涂层.从涂层结构、涂层作用和涂层设计应用的可行性方面进行分析,说明该复合隐身涂层具有好的降温和控温作用,有利于实现红外融合.The traditional camouflage infrared stealthy coating hits the target by controlling the emissivity and deform disguise,then the stealthy efficiency will be low when the target temperature is obviously different from the environment.In order to enhance the infrared stealthy efficiency,the idea of phase changed temperaturecontrolling complex coating design is suggested in this paper.The shortcomings of the traditional stealthy coating by means of low emissivity or infrared distortion is discussed.The idea that the thermal infrared composite coating can not only adapt to single or intricate backgrounds but also withstand different bands thermal imaging system is put forward.From the aspect of structure,function and feasibility of the coating.It shows good temperature reduction and control function,and it is favorable for achieving infrared blending.
