摘  要:以上海某电厂大直径贮煤筒仓为工程背景,运用有限元软件建立三维模型,不断分别改变筒仓半径、仓壁高度和厚度,对筒仓进行关键参数分析,得出不同参数背景下环锥形贮料满载时筒仓内力分布规律.分析表明:改变筒仓这些关键参数时,内力沿仓壁高度方向分布情况一致,恒在0.41H处,环向拉力和绕环向弯矩发生极值.分别对极值数据与参数进行拟合,根据极值与参数函数关系,提出一套可对极值进行预测的公式,为设计提供可观并简便的参考依据.Taking the huge coal silos of a certain thermal power plant in Shanghai as project background,and by using finite element software to establish a three-dimensional calculation model,the distribution of internal forces of the huge coal silo subjected to the conical storage full load are studied.To get the distribution of internal forces,we changed the radius,the height and the thickness of the silo separately.Based on the analytical results,it is shown that the distribution of internal forces along the silo wall is consistent.The maximum tension force and the bending moment always occurred at 0.41H.According to the relationship between the extreme internal force with the changing parameters,a series of formulas to predict the extreme values are put forward.
