摘  要:绝缘子覆冰严重威胁输电线路的安全运行。国内外在人工气候室对输电线路覆冰的机理、绝缘子覆冰闪络特性开展了大量研究,但对现场运行电压下绝缘子覆冰前的自然积污及其覆冰闪络特性研究甚少,为此,对某电网500kV直流线路运行1a后XZP-300绝缘子的积污情况及其直流冰闪特性开展了试验研究,研究结果表明:带运行电压下XZP-300绝缘子表面的积污存在不均匀度,且下表面堆积的盐密、灰密比上表面严重;自然积污下绝缘子的覆冰闪络电压比人工染污下的覆冰闪络电压高;人工染污且污秽不均匀分布下的绝缘子覆冰闪络电压比污秽均匀分布下的高;绝缘子覆冰闪络电压存在极性效应,且正极性电压比负极性电压高。Insulators' icing is one of the severe problems for external insulation of transmission lines and the icing mechanisms of transmission line, icing flashover performance of insulator and so on are widely researched in the artificial climate chamber all over the world by now, whereas the report about the natural pollution accumulating and its DC icing flashover performance of insulator string under service voltage is little. Pre icing natural pollution accumulating and its DC icing flashover performance of XZP-300 insulators were studied which had been operated one year in some 500 kV power network and the testing results show that: The pollution accumulating on the surface of insulators at service voltage are uneven and the salt deposit density and the non-soluble deposit density on the bottom of insulator is more severe than that on the top; The icing flashover voltage of insulator polluted by natural is higher than that of polluted by artificial and the icing flashover voltage of insulator with uneven artificial pollution is higher than that with even artificial pollution. The effect of voltage polarity on icing flasbover voltage, which the positive voltage is higher than negative voltage, has been obtained.
