摘 要:测定了不同套袋期苹果梨果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及花青素的含量。结果表明,不同时期套袋果皮叶绿素含量变化与对照变化趋势相一致,套袋果果皮叶绿素含量明显低于对照果,且套袋时间越早果皮叶绿素含量越低;套袋同样抑制果皮类胡萝卜素含量,果实成熟期类胡萝卜素含量积累较快;套袋期间,花青素含量始终处于较低水平,但解袋后,其含量短时间内即可超过对照果。The contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids and anthocyanin in pericarp of apple-pear at different bagging stages were determined.The results showed that the variation trend of chlorophyll content in pericarp of bagged apple-pear was consistent with that of control in different stages,the chlorophyll content in pericarp of bagged apple-pear was obviously lower than that of control,even bagging earlier,the chlorophyll content lower;the bagging will inhibit the carotenoids content,but it will accelerate the accumulation of the carotenoids content at the fruit maturation period;during the bagging stage,the anthocyanin content was always at low level,but it will exceed that of control within a short time after debagging.
