摘 要:利用中国统一的7个稻瘟病菌鉴别品种对采自湖南省浏阳、桃江、烟溪等17个县市的303个稻瘟病菌有效单孢菌株进行生理小种鉴定,共鉴定出7群41个生理小种。其中,ZB为优势种群,出现频率高达46.53%;ZG1为优势小种,出现频率为17.49%,其次为ZB13小种,出现频率为11.55%,其他小种出现的频率较低。利用303个菌株对水稻品种湘资3150进行接种鉴定,结果表明湘资3150对303个菌株的抗菌频率平均达到了95.37%,对其中30个生理小种的抗菌频率为100%,对湖南省的优势生理小种ZG1、ZB13的抗菌频率亦为100%。这表明湘资3150抗瘟谱很宽,是良好的抗源。303 effective monospore isolates of rice blast fungus(Magnaporthe oryzae) have been collected from 17 counties or cities of Hunan(Liuyang,Taojiang,Yanxi,etc.).The virulence of these isolates was detected by using seven standard differential varieties commonly used in China,and 41 physiological races belonging to seven groups were obtained.Among them,ZB group was the most prevalent group with the highest occurrence frequency of 46.53%;ZG1 was the predominant race with occurrence frequency of 17.49%;the next race was ZB13 with occurrence frequency of 11.55%,the other races had low occurrence frequency.Xiangzi3150 was inoculated with these 303 isolates of rice blast fungus in the greenhouse.The results showed that the average resistance spectrum of Xiangzi3150 reached 95.37% against to 303 isolates,100% against to 30 physiological races(including dominant races ZG1 and ZB13 in Hunan Province).So it indicated that Xiangzi3150 possesses wide-spectrum resistance against various rice blast races from Hunan,which is a great resistant source.
