农村居民点整理中存在的问题及建议——以江苏省高淳县为例

摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化的快速发展,农村居民点整理作为改善农民生活条件、集约高效利用土地的工程措施,正在全国各地广泛兴起。但是在进行农村居民点整理的过程中出现了一些损害农民利益的问题。通过对南京市高淳县农民集中居住区的实地访谈收集到的相关数据,进行了分析,针对存在的问题提出了一些政策建议。With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,as an important engineering measure to improving the living conditions of farmers,intensive and efficient use of land,reorganization of the rural residential areas is becoming more and more popular throughout the whole country.But there were some problems which harm the interests of farmers in the process of the reorganization of the rural residential areas.Therefore,based on an investigation in Gaochun County of Nanjing City,a case analysis was conducted to put forward some policy suggestions for these existing problems.
