青藏高原油菜蜂花粉油理化性质的测定

摘　　要：以石油醚为溶剂,在室温条件下对青藏高原油菜蜂花粉中的脂肪油进行了冷浸提取,对油的理化性质进行了测定,并对破壁花粉和未破壁花粉中提取的油的理化指标进行了对比.With petroleum ether as solvent, the fatty Acids in rape bee pollen of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was extracted at room temperature. The physical and chemical properties of oils that was extracted from the broken pollen and unbroken pollen was determined and compared respectively.
