利血平对大鼠性功能的影响及补肾益心片的干预作用

摘　　要：目的观察利血平对大鼠性功能的影响及补肾益心片的干预作用,探讨补肾益心片改善降压药所致勃起功能障碍的机制。方法 32只SD雄性大鼠随机分为补肾益心片高剂量组(A组)、低剂量组(B组)、生理盐水组(C组)和正常对照组(D组)4组,前3组皮下注射利血平每天0.75mg/kg,A、B组分别灌胃补肾益心片混悬液(生药量)每天6.25g/kg、3.1 25 g/kg,C、D组灌胃等量生理盐水,连续7d。观察大鼠性活动,测定大鼠体重和性激素水平变化和附性器官重量/体重比。结果 A、B、C组给药后体重显著低于给药前,也显著低于D组(P均<0.01);A、B组附性器官重量/体重比显著高于C、D组(P均<0.01)。嗅舔次数和骑乘次数A、B、C组显著低于D组(分别为P<0.01或P<0.05),A组显著高于C组(P<0.05);骑乘潜伏期A、B组显著小于C、D组(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05),C组显著高于D组(P<0.01)。E_2值A、B组均显著低于D组(均为P<0.01);T值A组和D组显著高于C组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论利血平可损害正常雄性大鼠性功能,补肾益心片可改善利血平的这种副作用,其机制可能与提高附性器官重量/体重比和调节性激素水平有关。Objectives To study the effect intervention outcome of Bushenyixin pill. Methods of sexual function of rats treated by reserpine and analyze the Rats were randomly divided into group A with high-dosage BSYS, group B with low-dosage BSYS, group C with normal saline and control group. Rats in groupA,B,C were first treated by subcutaneous injection of reserpine, and then they were treated by intragastric administration with Bushenyixin pill for 7 days. The sexual function of rats was evaluated. The body weight and sexual hormone were detected. Results Body weight of rats was significantly lower than that of rats after treatment in group A, group B and group C. Accessory sex organ / body weight ratio in group A and group B was higher than that in group C and group D （P〈0.01）. Compare with that in group D, licking-smelling times and back-climbing times were significantly decreased in group A, group B and group C （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Back-climbing latency period in group A and group B was lower than that in group C and group D （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The level of serum E2 in group A and group B was lower than that in group D, whereas the level of serum T in group A and group D was significantly higher than that in groupC. Conclusion Sexual function of normal male rats treated with Reserpine will be depressed. BSYX could improve the damaged sexual function of rats by increasing the ratio of accessory sex organ / body weight and level of sexual hormone.
