摘 要:以YM型小麦温敏雄性不育系ATM3314与恢复系中国春配制杂交组合,连续2 a对该组合的P1、F1、P2和F2代的育性进行了调查,采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合模型4世代联合分析法对YM型小麦温敏雄性不育系育性遗传进行了研究。结果表明,YM型小麦温敏雄性不育系育性受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+多基因联合控制,主基因遗传率很高,分别为95.62%和90.32%;2008年为加性-显性-上位性多基因控制,2009年为加性-显性多基因控制,多基因遗传率分别为0.058%和6.11%,表明环境对其育性波动有较大影响。Two-line hybrid wheat system is an important way to use heterosis in wheat.To reveal the inheritance of male fertility in thermo-sensitive male sterile(TMS) wheat lines is important for the breeding of TMS wheat line and application of two-line hybrid wheat theoretically and practically.In this study,the inheritance of male fertility in TMS wheat line was investigated by using 4 generations joint analysis method of mixed major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model based on the fertility data of the P1,P2,F1 and F2 populations from the cross between YM-type TMS wheat line ATM3314 and restorer line China Spring in two consecutive years.The results showed that the fertility of YM-type TMS wheat lines was controlled by two additive-dominance-epitasis major genes plus polygene.The heritability of major genes were very high with 95.62% and 90.32%,and combined with additive-dominance-epitasis polygene in 2008 and additive-dominance polygene in 2009 with polygenic heritability of 0.058% and 6.11%,respectively,which reflected the effects of environment on the variation of male fertility.
