摘 要:为了揭示陕西棉花黄萎病菌遗传变异,对采自陕西关中棉区17个棉花黄萎病菌株以及西北农林科技大学植保学院棉病实验室保存的T-9菌株、VD-8菌株、泾阳菌株和安阳菌株进行培养特性、致病力和营养亲和性测定。结果表明,21个供试菌株存在强、中、弱的致病力分化,其中强致病力类型11个,占52.38%;中等致病力类型6个,占28.57%;弱致病力类型4个,占19.05%。营养亲和性测定表明,21个菌株可划分为3个营养亲和群(Vegetative compatibility groups,VCGs),其中T-9菌株与VD-8菌株属于营养亲和群Ⅱ(VCG2),安阳菌株属于营养亲和群Ⅲ(VCG3),其余18个菌株属于营养亲和群Ⅰ(VCG1)。根据Nit突变体互补测定,供试菌株的营养亲和群与其致病力强弱具有一定相关性。在测试的陕西关中棉区17个棉花黄萎病菌株中,未发现落叶型菌株。In order to explore the genetic variation of cotton Verticilium dahliae determination of culture characteristics on medium,pathogeniticity and vegetative compatibility was conducted with 17 representative strains of V.dahliae of cotton collected from Shaanxi Guanzhong cotton growing regions and T-9 strain,VD-8 strain,Jingyang strain and Anyang strain kept in the laboratory of cotton diseases research.Results showed that all strains can be classified into strong,intermediate and weak pathogenicity types.Among them,there were 11,6 and 4 strains of V.dahliae in strong,intermediate and weak pathogenicity types which occupied 52.38%,28.57% and 19.05% of total examined strains,respectively.Based on the Nit mutants complement testing,21 strains of V.dahliae could be divided into three vegetative compatibility groups(VCGs),in which,T-9 strain and VD-8 strain belonged to VCG2,Anyang strain to VCG3 and other 18 strains toVCG1.It proved that there was some correlation between vegetative compatibility group and pathogenicity of strains tested,and no defoliation strains were found from 17 representative strains of V.dahliae in Shaanxi.
