沙藏处理和赤霉素协同作用对阔叶十大功劳种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以阔叶十大功劳种子为材料,分别设置3种沙藏温度、沙藏时间和赤霉素质量浓度的正交试验,研究沙藏和赤霉素协同作用对促进阔叶十大功劳种子萌发的影响。结果表明,沙藏温度是影响阔叶十大功劳种子萌发的主要因素,其次是赤霉素处理的质量浓度和沙藏时间。提高阔叶十大功劳种子萌发率的最佳处理方法为:在10℃下沙藏10 d,取出后用100 mg/L的赤霉素溶液进行预处理。Use Mahonia fortunei seed as material,the orthogonal design of three factors and three levels each,including temperature and time of sand storage,and concentration of GA3,was used to evaluate their influences on seed germination of M.fortunei.The results showed that the key factor was temperature of sand storage treatment,next were concentration of gibberellin and time of sand storage.The optimum method to promote seed germination was that the seed was stored in sand at 10℃for 10 days before the pretreatment of 100 mg/L GA3 solution.
