牛珀至宝丹及参麦液对内毒素休克大鼠肺损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：本实验用粗制大肠杆菌内毒素（ET）休克大鼠模型，依据中医开闭固脱治则，用牛珀至宝丹及参麦注射液治疗，观察其对ET休克大鼠肺脏损伤的保护作拥。结果表明牛珀至宝丹及参麦注射液可明显减轻ET休克大鼠肺组织损伤，表现为平均动脉压（MAP）下降程度减轻，肺泡腔内白细胞渗出及乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）释放减少，脂质过氧化损伤及肺组织学改变明显减轻。The model of rats with coli endotoxic shock were treated with Niupo Zhibao Dan and,Shenmai injection and their effect on lung injury of rats was observed.Results showed that Niupo Zhibao Dan and Shenmai injection significantly reduced the lung injury of rats with endotoxic shock. After treatment the drop of mean arterial pressure (MAP), leukocyte exudation in alveolar cavities and LDH release decreased,the damage by lipid peroxidation and the pathological changes in lung tissues had been significantly reduced.
