摘　　要：目的:研究脑心舒胶囊抗脑缺血的作用。方法:四血管阻断法复制大鼠脑缺血模型并复制小鼠断头完全性脑缺血模型,测定脑心舒胶囊对模型大鼠三磷酸腺苷(ATP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响,并测定大鼠脑指数、脑含水量及小鼠张口喘气时间。结果:脑心舒胶囊能提高模型大鼠的ATP及SOD活力,对脑缺血模型大鼠脑指数和脑含水量有显著的改善作用,并能明显延长断头完全性脑缺血模型小鼠张口喘气时间。结论:脑心舒胶囊有一定的抗脑缺血作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the anti-cerebral ischemia effect of Naoxinshu capsules. METHODS： Rat cerebral ischemia model was induced by four vessel occlusion and mice decapitation complete cerebral ischemia model was induced. Effects of Naoxinshu capsules on the activity of ATP and SOD were determined, and rat cerebral index, cerebral water content and gasping time of mice were detected. RESULTS： Naoxinshu capsule can improve the activity of ATP and SOD in rats. Cerebral index and cerebral water content in cerebral ischemia model rat were improved significantly. The gasping time in decapitation complete cerebral ischemia model mice was prolonged significantly. CONCLUSION： Naoxinshu capsules have effect on cerebral ischemia.
