松针提取物对小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究松针提取物对小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的影响。方法:采用小鼠肠系膜微循环实验,空肠袢滴加肾上腺素0.2mL(1∶10000),分别于滴加前及滴加2、5min时观察微血管管径大小、微血流速度、毛细血管网交点开放数的变化情况。结果:松针提取物能明显改善肾上腺素引起的微静脉、微动脉管径的收缩;提高血管内微血流的速度,但作用时间不长;同时还能改善毛细血管网交点开放数的减少。结论:松针提取物能改善肾上腺素引起的小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,有一定的活血作用。OBJECTIVE： To study the effect of the extracts of pine neddles on the mesenteric microcirculation of mice. METHODS： In mice mesenteric microcirculation study, 0.2 mL adrenaline hydrochloride was added into jejunum （1 ： 10 000）. The vessel diameter, blood blowing velocity, the junction mount of capillary network were observed and recorded at the time of before adding adrenaline hydrochloride and 2 minutes and 5 minutes after adding adrenaline hydrochloride. RESULTS： The extracts of pine needles could remarkably inhibit the venule contraction and arteriole contraction; it could improve the blood blowing velocity for a short period and increase the opening points of the junction of capillary network. CONCLUSION： The extracts of pine needles can improve on the mesenteric microcirculation and activate blood flow.
