输精管结扎家兔血浆睾酮,皮质醇和海马雄激素受体的变化

摘　　要：本文利用家兔复制输精管结扎动物模型，应用放免分析的方法检测了结扎后血浆睾酮和皮质醇含量的动态变化，结果发现结扎术后６月，血浆睾酮含量显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），同时血浆皮质醇含量明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），结扎后１２月，１８月，２５月血浆睾酮和血浆皮质醇含量与对照组比较均无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。相关分析表明血浆睾酮与血浆皮质醇呈明显的负相关关系（Ｐ＜０．００１）。现已有报道认为：血浆睾酮很可能通过海马ＡＲ的介导参与对血浆皮质醇的调节。为此，本文应用放射配体结合法检测了结扎后海马中雄激素受体（ＡＲ）的含量，发现结扎后６月，海马中ＡＲ含量明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），结扎后２５月，海马中ＡＲ含量与假手术组无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Adult Japanese white rabbits (Department of experimental animal,NBUMS) were used to construct vasectomy animal models, the dynamic changes of plasma testosterone and cortisol were detected after vasectomy by radioimmunity assay.In VG6,contents of plasma testosterone decreased,while levels of plasma cortisol increased.Levels of testosterone and cortisol in VG12,VG18,VG25 were the same that in SOG12,SOG18,SOG25 respectively. There was a negative correlation between testosterone and cortisol.It was reported that plasma testosterone possibly involved in regulating plasma cortisol by binding AR in hippocampus. So we detected contents of AR in hippocampus after vasectomy by radiology and receptor assay.We found out that AR concentration were higher significantly in VG6 than that in SOG6,while no difference was observed between VG25 and SOG25.
