摘  要:目的:从栽培的不同生长年限的泰山四叶参中提取多糖并测定其含量。方法:四叶参粗粉经脱脂、醇提后用水提醇沉法提取粗多糖,氯仿-正丁醇(4∶1)脱蛋白,苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量。结果:2年、3年和4年生泰山四叶参中多糖的含量依次为8.82%、10.47%和11.32%;平均回收率为96.09%,RSD=1.25%(n=6)。结论:4年生泰山四叶参中多糖含量最高。本法简便、准确,可为确定泰山四叶参的合理采收时间奠定科学基础。OBJECTIVE: To extract the polysaccharide from Codonopsis lanceolata with different growth years cultivated in Mount Taishan and to determine the content of it. METHODS : The crude polysaccharide was extracted from C. lanceolata with water extraction alcohol precipitation after degreasing and ethanol extraction. The volume ratio of chloroform to n-butyl alcohol that got rid of protein was 4 : 1. The content of polysaccharide was determined using phenol-sulphuric acid method. RESULTS: The contents of polysaccharide in C. lanceolata of 2-year-old, 3-year-old and 4-year-old were 8.82 %, 10.47 % and 11.32 %. The average recovery rate was 96.09% (RSD= 1.25% , n=6). CONCLUSION: The content of polysaccharide in C. lanceolata of 4-year-old is the highest among three kinds of it. The method is convenient and accurate, and provides scientific basis for the festival of C. lanceolata of 4-year-old.
