川百止痒洗剂与婴儿紫草软膏联合治疗新生儿尿布皮炎64例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察川百止痒洗剂联合婴儿紫草软膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将124例新生儿尿布皮炎患儿随机分为2组,对照组(n=60)在皮损处涂擦炉甘石洗剂,对Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度患儿加用红霉素软膏;治疗组(n=64)予川百止痒洗剂联合婴儿紫草软膏涂擦皮损处,对Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度患儿加用红霉素软膏。2组其余基础治疗相同。对比观察2组皮疹改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:川百止痒洗剂联合婴儿紫草软膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎有显著疗效,且优于炉甘石洗剂。OBJECTIVE ： To observe therapeutic effects of Chuanbai itching-relieving solution combined with Yinger zicao ointments on neonate diaper dermatitis. METHODS： 124 neonates with diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both groups received primary treatment. Control group was treated with conventional calamine lotion and infants with Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree diaper dermatitis were additional given Erythromycin ointment （n=60）. Treatment group was treated with Chuanbai itching-relieving solution and Yinger zicao ointments and infants with Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree diaper dermatitis were additional given Erythromycin ointment （n=64）. The improvement of diaper dermatitis were observed and compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）, CONCLUSION： Chuanbai itching-relieving solution combined with Yinger zicao ointments is better than conventional calamine lotion in the treatment of neonate diaper dermatitis.
