摘　　要：１９８９～１９９７年，用非手术疗法治疗各种阳萎病人９００余例，获得随访及资料完整的５６８例。各种非手术疗法的有效率为：口服中成药＜２０％，雄激素替代补充３２．３５％，服育亨宾硷３８．２３％，阴茎海绵体内药物注射（ＩＣＩ）８０％，负压缩窄装置（ＶＣＤ）治疗７５％左右。对各种非手术方法治疗阳萎症的适应证、选择及效果进行了分析。From year 1989 to 1997.5 hundred and sixtyeight patients of male sexual impotence were treated in Our department with nonoperatire ways.The efficacious rates of various methods were:Oral medicine of Chinese tradition was less than 20 %,take yohimbine by oral was 38.23 %,supplement of androgen by testosterone was 32.35 %,intracavernous pharmacalogical injection was 80 %,applied VCD about 75 %. We discussed the indication,efficiency and choice of kind of methods for male impotence therapy,and suggest the appli cation of VCD may an available method for treated the have child.Aged and married impotence patients.
